Pat is an executive coach whose work focuses on helping business leaders increase their effectiveness. She has coached CEO’s, Vice Presidents and all levels of management, working in a confidential capacity to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop strategic plans to navigate their careers. Pat has a lifelong commitment to mentoring, hiring, promoting and coaching women.
Based in Silicon Valley, Pat has over 20 years of coaching experience working with major high technology corporations including Cisco, Symantec, Hewlett Packard, Intel and Sony. Prior to becoming a coach, Pat was an executive with Lockheed Martin, where she was Director of Business Development in Washington D.C. and Director of Human Resources. Dr. Goss began her career in academia; she was an Assistant Professor of Communications at CUNY (City University of New York). She holds a PhD in Communications and Media from New York University, and an M.A. in Speech Communications and B.A. in Political Science, both from U.C.L.A.
