This workshop teaches participants how to use good coaching skills to enhance the performance of their teams. They'll learn what it means to coach a team, and how to set team and individual goals and deliverables. They'll have a chance to develop coaching skills including:
- Breaking down goals into achievable steps
- Keeping the focus on the goal and avoiding sidetracking
- Listening effectively
- Driving the action forward without overwhelming the team
- Methods of motivation and balancing them for results
- Techniques for reinforcing productive behavior and correcting non-productive behavior
