The group is structured to give you the information you need to launch your career reinvention, support you in implementing the steps and provide accountability to help you keep on track. Here's how it works:
Ninety-minute group coaching sessions via telephone conference, personally conducted by a Reinvention Coach®
Eight participants, maximum, so you'll get the attention and support you need.
Weekly action reports that you'll submit to your Reinvention Coach® team leader (and the group); for each report, you'll receive personal feedback and suggestions via the online class board or during the group call.
